Blue Apple was appointed as architectural consultants for this proposed residential development on a conservation site. Our role encompassed initial site assessment, conceptual design development, and preparation of planning documentation for the scheme.

As architectural consultants, we provided design guidance and prepared the planning application for 10 newbuild residential units within a sensitive conservation area. The design sought to respect the established character of the locality whilst introducing contemporary housing that would complement the existing streetscape.

Our approach balanced the need for modern, energy-efficient housing with the conservation requirements of the site. Material selections, building heights, and landscape integration were carefully considered to achieve a harmonious relationship with the surrounding area.
