We are led by a Senior Architectural Consultant whose twenty-plus years were earned on hospitals, schools and commercial buildings — and we run every project, whatever its size, with the discipline those buildings demand.

Before Blue Apple worked on residential projects, its founder delivered technical design on some of the most demanding buildings in the UK and Ireland:

Finished means certified
Building control sign-off and the completion paperwork a buyer’s solicitor will one day ask for. The step cowboy builders skip is the step we finish on.
On the boards now
A 23,616 sq ft conversion in Birkenhead
We have been appointed design and build contractor for the conversion of a town-centre office building into an educational facility — the whole building, all four storeys, including the lower ground floor and basement. Change of use to Use Class F1 under planning consent APP/24/01717, Wirral Council. Our appointment runs from architectural design coordination and the full consultant team through every construction package, as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015. The scheme is contracted and in pre-construction.

- If something genuinely unforeseen appears on site, you see the actual invoices and an agreed margin.
- You may take our drawings to any builder you like. No obligation, no pressure.
- We put our company number on everything, because you should be able to check who you are dealing with.
