Mayor's Residence — Interior Redesign

Blue Apple was engaged to carry out an interior redesign within this characterful period town house. Our work focused on reimagining a key interior space, balancing the property’s original character with contemporary design sensibilities.

The scope encompassed design concept development, material specification, and coordination with heritage consultants. Careful attention was given to respecting the building’s listed status whilst introducing a refined contemporary interior scheme appropriate to its civic function.

Our design approach respected the Georgian heritage of the building whilst introducing carefully considered contemporary elements. Period-appropriate finishes were specified alongside modern furnishing concepts to create a space that serves its ceremonial and practical functions with distinction.
