Blue Apple is currently engaged on an emerging residential scheme set within a sensitive context. The project is progressing through early-stage feasibility and design exploration, with ongoing assessment of site considerations, local character, and planning matters.

We are acting in an advisory and design capacity on the evolving proposals, working through preliminary studies and helping to shape a scheme that responds thoughtfully to its setting. Collaboration with the wider project team is ongoing as the design continues to develop.
